Booking A Campervan

To book a campervan with us please get in contact via the enquiry form or call us on 015395 32111.

Deposits

When you book a campervan with us a non-refundable booking deposit of £150 is required. We also require a security deposit of £500 before the campervan can be driven away.

Driving the Campervan

Our standard age range for hiring a campervan is 25-70 however we can do our best to accommodate you if you are not within this age range. We require a full manual licence for the named driver. An additional driver can be added at an additional cost. If you have points on your licence, again please contact us as we should be able to accommodate this (additional insurance costs may apply).

Collecting & Dropping Off the Campervan

Collection and drop off of the campervan is usually from our premises in Grange Over Sands. However, we also offer a free pick up from Oxenholme or Grange Over Sands Train Station. If you live locally to us, we can also provide pick up and drop off from your house.

COLLECTION IS AT 15:00 (WINTER HOURS MAY VARY)
DROP OFF IS BY 10:00 LATEST

These times are based on collection and drop off from our premises. Please leave an hour at pick up and drop off for necessary checks, paperwork etc.

Pets

We love our dogs and understand that your pet is a very important part of your holiday. We are pet friendly but please inform us of any pets that will be coming with you. Any damage or additional cleaning necessary will be charged for.

What to Bring

We provided bedding, plates, cutlery, glasses and camping chairs as well as any other relevant equipment we think is required to make your stay comfortable. We do not provide car seats and booster seats for children. Please feel free to bring any extras that you think you would need, as long as they can fit in the vehicle! Please see our Terms of Service for any documentation you will need to bring.

Problems

In the event of the vehicle or equipment breaking you must inform us immediately; in the event of equipment breakdown we may be able to replace the items while you are with us. In the event of vehicle breakdown, we have a breakdown service available.

If you are unsure of the best routes or campsites, we can help you with suggestions as well as good places to eat and things to do along with a bit of local guidance of the best secret spots!
